Welcome perspective employees. We believe in cross-training, team work, hiring from within, employee activities, community involvement, Environmental Health and Alcoholic Beverage training. All employees will be required to obtain a Food Worker Certification Card prior to employment. All Bartenders will be required to attend the Alcoholic Beverage Commission’s LEAD class prior to service of any alcohol. All of our employees are required to be involved in at least one community based activity per year.

All employees will be trained for a minimum of one week and evaluated after a 90 day probationary period. Pay raises and position advancement are based on job performance, attendance, image, and personal interaction as well as other attributes.
