| Barley & Hops Prepares For August Opening:
Thank you for taking a moment to browse through this months newsletter issue. Barley & Hops, aka The Barley House West, is the Temecula Valley's newest hot spot for dining and beer and wine sampling.
Barley & Hops is an Old World Family Tavern featuring draught beers, and cuisine from some of the world's biggest, and best, beer producing countries; including Belgium, England, and Germany. Others include The Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, the Netherlands, Scotland, and a few of our West Coast micros.
A ll of our wines are from Temecula Valley vineyards. We are proud to serve wines from Hart, Keyways, Filsinger, Stuart, Atwood, Maurice Carrie, and Van Roekel.
Our Soups, Stews, Casseroles, Sandwiches and Pizza Toppings are slow cooked, stewed, roasted, and marinated early each morning every day and finished upon your order. This process allows us to serve extremely flavorful and succulent food very efficiently. We have designed our menu to include choices for kids, singles, seniors, and the health conscious. You’ll find small portion options, large print, and our full menu available from open until close in every section of our establishment.
With a tempting menu, over 100 different beers, 18 of them on tap and a wide variety of local wines to choose from, There is no other place to go to get the Temecula experience all wrapped up in a traditional olde world family tavern.

To Participate In The Wilson Creek Monte Carlo Extravaganza
The Barley & Hops, Olde World Family Tavern will be participating in the annual Wilson Creek Monte Carlo Extravaganza with a prize sponsored by Barley & Hops.
All are invited to join the fun at the 2007 Annual Monte Carlo Extravaganza hosted by the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce! The event will be held Wednesday, September 19, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Wilson Creek Winery.
Title Sponsor is Harrah’s Rincon Casino & Resort. Two cash prizes – sponsored by Toyota of Temecula Valley – in the amounts of $1,000 and $500 will be given away to lucky winners! Attendees will also enjoy great entertainment sponsored by Timmy d. Productions and Valley Events. The evening will feature casino excitement, delicious food and wonderful prizes!
Octoberfest At Barley & Hops Grand Opening Week.
The Barley & Hops, Olde World Family Tavern will be hosting its October Festival during the week of October 1st - 7th.
We will be featuring Beers and
Food traditional to Octoberfest. Our late September newsletter issue
will contain a complete schedule of events and menu items for the week. We

1st Annual "Run-To-The Barley House"
Our first annual "Run To The Barley House" will take place November 3rd, 2007. The run is a non sanctioned event that will start at a local winery and terminate at Barley & Hops, aka The Barley House West restaurant.
The run is a perfect way to enjoy the sites the Temecula Valley has to offer, burn a few calories and work up an appetite to enjoy some of the Barley & Hops specialties and a beer or wine when the run is over. So bring the family and enjoy a wonderful day in the Temecula Valley's newest olde world family tavern.
Barley & Hops To Host Chamber Of Commerce Mixer
Barley & Hops is honored to host the November Chamber Of Commerce Mixer at our location on November 14, 2007 at 5:30pm. More information about this event will be in our October newsletter issue.
